pk1997 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods are listed in the cashier section of your account and may include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast digital transfer, standard bank transfer to major Pakistan banks and debit card payments.
Deposits are credited to your pk1997 balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically credited instantly. Raast and bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. pk1997 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

pk1997 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed using inside information, coordinated strategies designed to exploit pricing errors, or bets that exceed account-specific limits set by risk management. The acceptance of a bet does not guarantee final settlement if the underlying event is subsequently found to have been subject to irregularities.
Live in-play bets are placed on markets that update in real time. There may be a brief delay between the placing of a bet and its acceptance to allow for odds updates. Bets accepted before a significant in-play event (such as a wicket in cricket) will stand provided the bet was submitted and accepted prior to that event occurring, according to platform timestamps.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed before completion, bets on that event may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. Specific rules for partial completion — such as a cricket match interrupted by rain — are governed by the market rules displayed alongside the bet at the time of placement. Where DLS rules apply in cricket, settled markets will reflect the official DLS result.
pk1997 applies per-bet and per-day maximum payout limits across all sports. These limits are visible in the bet slip before confirmation. Winnings calculated above the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit, regardless of the odds and stake combination involved.
PSL and Cricket Markets: During Pakistan Super League fixtures and international cricket series, some market types may have adjusted limits applied due to higher trading volumes. Current limits are always visible on the bet slip before you confirm any wager.
All casino games and slot titles available on pk1997 — including live dealer tables, video slots, classic slots and game show formats — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or streamed from licensed live studio environments. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of pk1997's platform code.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game title and are disclosed within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. Players are encouraged to review RTP figures before selecting a game, as these indicate the theoretical long-term payout rate rather than a guaranteed return per session.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot game round, pk1997's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus withdrawal, or using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and possible account suspension.
The pk1997 VIP programme rewards consistent platform activity with loyalty points accumulated through real-money betting and casino play. Points are used to progress through VIP tiers, each offering progressively improved benefits including higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account management, exclusive promotional offers and priority support response times.
VIP tier status and accumulated points are non-transferable between accounts. Points have no cash value and cannot be directly withdrawn. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at pk1997's discretion after deducting any applicable charges arising from the breach, subject to verification requirements being met.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.
pk1997 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform stability and uptime — particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL matches — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance periods or disruptions caused by third-party providers including payment gateways and game suppliers.
To the maximum extent permitted, pk1997's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk1997 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable at the time.
